Instead of France, head for Italy. Try Messina, a casual tavern in Eastham, where $48,000 was raised to benefit the Haitian relief effort last month. This restaurant, right on Route 6 and under new management, will offer a four-course Saint Valentine’s 2010 prix fixe menu this weekend for $30.
