The weather may be dreary outside but our new Web site went up last night. The site was created by my son (Thank you, Paul!) and is as shiny as this Seagull Cottage doorknob. Cape photographer Dan Cutrona took the interior shots, and there are many more photos than before. Now guests can really check out our rooms prior to reservation. I'm sure there will be some tweaking, and a misspelled word here and there since Paul grew up in France, but I will be able to post specials myself, which was impossible before. Please check it out and report back. We fully expect some people to miss the old look, but I hope the ease of navigation will win hearts. We'll be interested to hear how you like it. So .... what's the verdict?

The new website for Chez Sven allows potential guests to see and "almost feel" the beauty of Cape Cod. I'm putting Chez Sven on my list of "must stays."
It's beautiful. Love the anchor photo!
What a lovely peaceful place. Great photos!Shows how much pride you take in what you do.
I'm so impressed by your son's Web skills, Sandy. I love the new site. And I love the idea that one day my kids can help me with all things technological (except that for now they go to a Waldorf school that does not encourage any "screen time.") You must be very proud of him, and proud of your awesome new site!
Lovely website. When I'm coming I'll stay in the Seagull Cottage and 'enjoy the fresh seafood' as you suggest. It looks like such a lovely place, alas, soo far away at the moment. One day.
Congratulations! I once worked at a bed and breakfast and know what a challenge it can be! Looks lovely!
Gorgeous! Both the site, and the B&B! I've always wanted to visit the east coast.
Very nice website. I also have a B&B and I think I'll have my daughter (she does our website) add a Q&A section. Some questions I have had, but will NOT put in the Q&A are: Can my girlfriend sunbathe nude on the deck?, Do you have bed bugs? and my favorite, Can I bring my dogs if I leave them in the car? I am enjoying your blog so much, your pictures are wonderful. Thank you, Linda
This is beautifully done. Makes me want to be there NOW.
Beautiful site and beautiful photos! I like that you're using Flickr, too.
This is simply gorgeous, Alexandra. Wish our group could get together for a reunion there sometime. Wouldn't that be fun?
