Thank you for making me feel a little bit more justified about preaching to a fellow yoga student the other night about buying produce, provenance unknown, from Costco. Saying/doing one small thing really can have a larger effect.

It is a wake up. It's sad that we have to police so many things ranging from toys to food. There should be some things in life that are un tainted.
