These people believe the most important qualities in a “green” hotel are: conserving energy, water, and using recycled paper. 34% would pay 5%-20% more to stay at an environmentally friendly hotel. 78% decline to have their sheets and towels changed. 66% think that traveling environmentally-friendly makes a difference. Those percentages can only rise as more people join the effort to save the planet.
